RichCast is an online video solutions company that offers a hardware/software suite for live and on-demand webcasting for corporate and institutional organizations in Europe. We support our customers in implementing an online video communications strategy via our webcasting solutions; a hardware/software combination that allows them to create, manage and publish their content autonomously.

Most of our clients are top level organizations in their fields such as Bayer, Intel, Euronext or Daikin. We also provide video solutions for European Institutions and Federations like the European Commission, PlasticsEurope, WorldSteel, etc.
The Job Description :
Because video and web technologies are quickly evolving and because we want to offer a constantly improving platform we are currently looking for a m/f Multimedia Developer.
Your tasks :
design and planning of new front-end/back-end features and releases of our online video platform
coding of the front-end and back-end interface features (based on functional & technical briefs from our Technical Lead)
testing on all browsers and implementation of the upgrades to all existing accounts
integration of webcast-content for clients
execution of simple video editing tasks (trimming, compression, normalization)
As Multimedia Developer, you will be part of our R&D efforts and, based on marketing & commercial requests, you will perform implementations of webcasts and online video projects.
Your profile :
You have 2-3 years of professional experience in multimedia work (knowledge of online video a distinct plus)
Knowledge of PHP (ZEND framework), MySQL, HTML, HTML5, CSS
Notions of FFMPEG, AS3, FLEX framework, Jquery, Curl and Java are a plus
Previous experience of Video management tools is a plus
You have a good sense of User Oriented Design
You are a true team player. You can rely on strong analytical skills and are a quick learner.
You are able to communicate fluently in French and/or Dutch + English.
