Architects (Site Engineer) :
Qualification :
Bachelor of Architecture or Civil Engineer.

Experience :
Should have minimum 5 years of working experience as Architect engineer in construction industry and fit out works.

General Responsibilities :
Carries out assigned responsibilities through and together with other people efficiently and smoothly and safely. Executes activities to be accomplished by him and ensures maximum job performance capabilities availability. Ensures necessary safety and security measures as dictated by his Safety Engineer or his immediate supervisor in his area of work location to safeguard IBS property, equipments, material and confidential information.

Specific Duties & Responsibility :
Interpret design detail for company operational personnel and prepares material takeoff information.May assist with project cost estimates as directed.Prepare perspective drawings and renderings of designs for presentation to management, operational personnel, and client as necessary. Perform architectural drafting of sketches and working drawings as required.Verify all anticipated work complies with applicable codes, regulations, and specifications.Prepare and disseminate all required documentation such as status reports, drawings of completed / anticipated work, material requirements and takeoffs, etc.
