Vacancies :
1. Project Engineer :
The candidate should have a minimum of 5 to 8 years similar experience. The Ideal Candidate should have previous experience of working with professional fit out contracting companies with their in-house workforce. Candidate should have a Good communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to work successfully in a multinational environment. In Addition, a Very strong technical and execution abilities is necessary. Also Candidate has to be a Computer literate (AutoCAD, MS Projects, MS Office). Having Local driving license would be given preference.

2.Projects Manager (Fit out) :
The candidate should have a minimum of 5 to 8 years similar experience with a very strong technical, execution and commercial abilities. The ideal candidates should have proven track record as a successful leader at project management in fit out contracting business. A very good knowledge of market (i.e. clients, subcontractors & suppliers).Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to work successfully in a multinational environment.

3.Projects Manager (Joinery) :
The Candidate should have a minimum of 5 to 8 years similar experience in a joinery manufacturing company. The Ideal Candidate should have a Suitable experience in all aspects of joinery setting out from site survey, preparing manufacturing shop drawings and cutting lists, through to material take off and ordering, preparation of site working drawings and loading lines. Sound knowledge of manufacturing procedures and common joinery materials including timber, boards, veneers, laminates and hardware are vital. Candidate Should Have a Very strong technical and execution capabilities with ability to solve technical problems and details. Well versed in Auto Cad 2004 and Microsoft Office. The candidate should be excellent communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to work successfully in a multinational environment and a Team player.

4.Projects Supervisor :
The candidate should have at least 3 to 5 years experience of working on medium to large size building or interior projects. The Ideal Candidate should be a smart and self-driven ambitious person with engineering/site finishing background and good man-management skills to run the projects function and to be the driving force behind executing successful jobs with opportunities to advance to higher levels. He should be an extrovert with an adaptable and pro active personality to effectively work in a multicultural environment. The candidate will preferably have knowledge and experience of furniture and joinery and finishing trades. Candidate should understand importance of commercial and contractual aspects on large building or interior turnkey projects with good communication skills both verbal and written. Knowledge of FIDIC will be an added advantage. Also candidate should be good in following up capabilities and can prepare tracking and pending lists to follow up, feedback reporting and communicating skills, anticipation of issues and can plan and work to deadlines and time scales, Capable of grasping project scope of works and raising clarifications ahead of time, Follow up a number of jobs simultaneously and Good site organization skills. Knowledge of technical aspects relating to joinery and case good-construction as well as installation techniques would be an added advantage. Candidate should be good computer skills with good working knowledge of Microsoft Project/Excel/Word.

5.Site Supervisor :
The candidate should have a minimum of 5 to 8 years similar experience. The Ideal Candidate should have previous experience of working with professional fit out contracting companies with their in-house workforce. Candidate should have a Good communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to work successfully in a multinational environment.
