Job Profile :
Responsible for coordinating and administering all recruitment, training, and development plans and tasks in line with business plans, objectives and approved budget, and to ensure compliance to company policies and to legislative rules and regulations. Will also be in charge of all HR communications channels with staff as well as the production of various HR reports.

Responsibilities :
** Coordinate the interviewing process in an accurate and timely manner.
** Administer the screening test to all applicants as and when applicable to ensure effective selection process.
** Maintain an efficient relationship with the recruitment head hunters with regards to contract management and payment processing in an accurate and timely manner.
** Facilitate the redeployment process and procedure ensuring full compliance to the redeployment guidelines.
** Facilitate the referral program by maintaining the database and ensuring full compliance to the recruitment policies and procedures.
** Maintain an updated organisation chart of all strategic and functional units to ensure compliance to the company’s policies and procedures and regulatory requirements.
** Coordinate the graduate development programme with regards to the screening and interviewing process of candidates in a timely and efficient manner.
** Liaise and coordinate the career affairs process with the concerned university in a timely and efficient manner.
** Responsible for the training design, selection and delivery of training material and ensure availability of all requirements in terms of staff attendance, availability of training material and equipment.
** Responsible for the training evaluation (pre and post assessments) and preparation of the training reports in a timely and efficient manner.
** Maintain training history of all staff to identify training needs. Develop MIS reports related to training activities as required.
** Research and ensure availability of local/overseas training programs and providers to meet identified training needs.
** Respond promptly and courteously to employees queries and requests, proactively interact with staff /units to improve training needs assessment and training administration and effectiveness.
** Ensure full compliance to the internal and external policies and procedures.
** Responsible of all HR communication channels which includes but not limited to the portal, the HR mailbox, as well as all the production of various staff announcements and circulars.
** In charge of producing all HR external and internal reports as and when needed.

Requirements :
** University Degree.
** Accredited HR professional certification would be a plus.
** Have 2 years of experience in a related field.
** Good Organizational, Interpersonal, Communicational skills.
** Good Reporting and Analytical skills.
** Excellent command of English and Arabic.
