** Handles all members queries/complaints via live chats, emails, Skype, MSN, Yahoo Messenger and other company communication tools in the specific area or market or language coverage professionally;
** Performs telemarketing or call to establish good relationship with existing and new members;
** Promotes products and provide quality services to achieve market dominance;
** Identify clients with specific needs and forward their concerns to the appropriate department, supervisor or manager.
** Monitor members reactions and competitors activities thru daily/weekly reports and submit to immediate superior;
** Assist the marketing team to disseminate promotion information, persuade members to participate and encourage higher activities via live chats / phone or email communication process;
** Assist the SEO / Forum / Marketing Leaders to post forum threads, monitor and report competitors’ threads, response positively to negative image forums threads, create blogs, social networking, post news, tips and article and promote company services.
** Does all other tasks that may be assigned from time to time
WHAT YOU NEED :
** Candidate must possess at least a High School Diploma, Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate, Bachelor’s/College Degree , any field.
** Required language(s): English
** Good communication skills

WHAT YOU WILL DO :
** I.T. Supervisor oversees efficient working of all I.T. Support Assistants and maintains knowledge on all job functions.
** Analyze all IT infrastructures and prepare reports to be submitted to I.T. OIC. Also perform research on all technological solutions and maintain knowledge on all latest technologies.
** Coordinates activities by scheduling work assignments, setting priorities, and directing the work of I.T. Support Assistants.
** Evaluates and verifies employee performance through the review of completed work assignments and work techniques.
** Maintains records, prepares reports, and composes correspondence relative to the work.
** Identifies staff development and training needs and ensures that training is obtained.
** Maintains and monitors the local area network, and ensures 100% uptime of the network.
** Maintains and monitors the workstations and ensures that all units are in optimal state.
** Prioritizes and organizes requests for service for I.T. Support Assistants.
** Coaches junior members of the team and conducts knowledge transfer as needed.
** Provide analysis and critical next steps as appropriate and updates.
** Confers with the I.T. OIC to coordinate and schedule workstation installation, deployment and maintenance.
** Create Roster Schedule for I.T. Department.
** Performs and implements special projects (Server/network/workstation related projects) as assigned and required by the I.T. OIC.
** Performs other related work to the classification as assigned by the I.T. OIC.
WHAT YOU NEED :
** Proven experience of supervising an IT department.
** Experience in IT infrastructure planning and development.
** Strong team leading skills.
** Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
** Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree , Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
** At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
** Applicants must be willing to work in Makati City.
** Preferably Supervisor / 5 yrs. & Up Experienced Employees specializing in IT/Computer
** Network/System/Database Admin or equivalent.
