Business Development Manager :
** Supervise and manage all tasks and targets related to business development set by the management
** Suggests all Marketing activities in coordination with the Marketing Manager and submit to the DoSM
** Create the anual business plan for the department in coordination with the Marketing Manager and submit to DoSM and GM
** Update and adjust the business plan according to the market development
** Market research for all assigned markets in coordination with DoSM and Market Managers
** Submit Marketing analysis to GM and DoSM
** Sharing Marketing intelligence with all related teams frequently
** Actively work on promotion campaigns to push sale together with related departments
** Responsible for the sales target for new business
** In charge of maintaining and building relationship with all the existing and new potential partners
** Work with related department store view on regular basis about the relationship with partners and set activities to maintain and strengthen the cooperation with them
** Manage the database of all partners and present the campaign to approach and build up the relationship with them
** Identify the potential new partners and proprose action plan to approach them
** Attend the Marketing Events (FamTrips, Trade shows, Sales Calls, Gala Dinners…) and promote the company’s products and services
** Identify opportunities for campaigns, services, and distribution channels that will lead to an increase in sales
** Using knowledge of the market and competitors, identify and develop the company’s unique selling propositions and differentiators
** Other tasks according to the assignment of the management
Requirements :
** Expatriate (English native speaker is an advantage)
** Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration areas. MBA is a strong plus
** At least 2 years of sales or marketing experience at the same level of position

Online Marketing Executive :
Job Description :
Assisting Marketing Manager in researching, planning, budgeting, implementing and analyzing the effectiveness of all the online marketing activities or campaigns.
** Responsible for the construction, development and promotion of the website. Coordinating the creation and adjustments of website interface, the content preparation and the administration.
** Establishing and maintaining a comprehensive knowledge of current criteria utilized by search engines to evaluate and position websites.
** Responsible for implementation and delivery of search engine marketing strategies including keyword analysis and selection, link analysis and recommendations, including SEO and SEM.
** Responsible for implementation and delivery of activities on social media channels. Planning, updating and reporting the effectiveness.
** Researching on maintaining a current and accurate knowledge of competitor websites. Keep abreast of competitor activity and recommend any necessary tactical action.
** Responsible for dealing with suppliers for any outsourcing online marketing activities and supervisingtheir implementation and delivery.
** Responsible for implementation and delivery of activities for email marketing, travel and customer review portals, e-advertising, online publications, etc.
** Undertaking other tasks to support general marketing & business development as assigned by Marketing Manager and DoSM.
** Reporting to Marketing Manager and DoSM.
Requirements :
** Strong educational background in marketing, preferably with coursework in online marketing or e-commerce.
** Previous work experience in digital marketing and website construction is beneficial.
** Fluent in English, either in verbal or writing and reading skills.
** Experience with SEO, SEM, Google Analytics and social media analytics tools (desirable).
** Experience with e-mail marketing tools (e.g., MailChimp, iContact) (desirable).
** A real passion for the internet. Ability to learn quickly and an enquiring mind.
** Strong attention to detail, creativeness and high responsibility with work.
** Able to prioritize workload, working under pressure.
** Good at team working as well as working independently.
